Conditions of Trading

General

These conditions of trading ("Conditions") shall be incorporated into all contracts for the supply of products or services (a "Contract") made between OzWebsonline ("the Company ") ABN 64 786 145 569 and any person or persons contracting with the company ("the client").  No change or modification of any of the terms or conditions herein shall be valid or binding unless acknowledged in writing by the Company.   

Contract for Sale

The client acknowledges that no Contract for the purchase of products ("Services") from the Company exists until such time as the client notifies the Company that it wishes to purchase the Services and the Company agrees to supply the Services.

Price

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices for the purchase of Services from the Company are in Australian Dollars and include GST only they are exclusive of all other taxes, excises, freight and insurance.  The client shall be liable for such taxes, excises, freight and insurance and they will appear as a separate item on the Company's invoice. Normal payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice, but the Company reserves the right to modify these terms or impose C.O.D. terms.  No discounts or other terms of payments will apply unless confirmed in writing by the Company. Interest of 2% plus a $22 late payment fee may be applied monthly after 30 days from due date. Deposits or costs for Prototypes are non refundable and must be paid before work on the prototype can begin. Cost of Prototype will be credited to the client on the final account.
